MINDFULNESS

Sometimes we are so busy worrying about everything going on around us that we forget to pay attention to our own needs.  Mindfulness is about slowing down and noticing what is happening right now. Being mindful means paying attention to your body--how your body feels, and what you see, smell, and taste. When we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings, we can respond more calmly and make better decisions. Mindfulness helps us to focus and respond to our emotions so we can feel better emotionally and physically.
