Admission Requirements

1. Documentary Requirements:

1.Applicants must submit the following:

                     a. E -copy of Filled–out Application Form

           b. E-copy of one (1) recent 2”x2” ID picture with white or plain background with nametag true online application

           c. Certified e- copy of GRADE 11 and GRADE 12 (LATESTGRADINGPERIOD)

                     d. Good Moral Character

                     e. PSA

The original hard copy of requirements will be submitted upon request of the Testing and Admission Office, the University Registrar, and/or College.
