This form will be used for every student (CAST & CREW) that is interested in being part of the 2026 Fall Play!
Each student must print out this form and turn in to Mrs. Gross or Alexis with the parent and student signatures by August 28, 2026.

Yes! On your Interest Form, you must indicate all of the roles in which you would be willing to participate. If you are not cast in an acting role, we would still love to have you involved in the production.
If you do not select any additional positions beyond acting, we will assume that you do not wish to participate if you are not cast.
