Tulips Bloom Speech Therapy was founded by Raveena Bains-Davit and Aunjalee Randhawa, two Punjabi women whose families immigrated to the community in pursuit of a better life. Inspired by their grandparents’ sacrifices and the opportunities they created, Raveena and Aunjalee founded TuLips Bloom as a way to honor their legacy and give back.

Their professional connection grew into a close friendship rooted in shared values and a commitment to supporting children and families. With more than 12 years of experience in speech-language pathology, Raveena recognized the need for accessible, personalized, and culturally responsive services in smaller communities. Aunjalee expanded communication access beyond therapy by creating playground communication boards that help children express themselves, make choices, request help, and connect with others.

Together, they created a practice where every form of communication is valued. TuLips Bloom provides compassionate, strengths-based support for neurodiverse children and their families, empowering caregivers with practical strategies for everyday life.

The name reflects their belief that every child develops in their own time and in their own way. With the right support and encouragement, every child has the opportunity to blossom.
