Use this online form to request a transcript from the Tulia High School Registrar in the Counseling Center. Test scores are always included as part of the transcript. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed. Please remember to allow 10 business days for mailed transcripts to arrive at their destination. Transcripts will only be released to institutions and/or businesses.
