The mission of the Tulare Western High School Library is to promote a love of reading by providing an inviting, dynamic learning environment. As well as services that support, promote and encourage literacy and learning. The library is dedicated to advancing literacy and fostering life-long learners, critical thinkers and empowered citizens.
