Robert Peterson

Past Projects

In his previous year at Foster high school, while taking Intro to Biotech, he and his classmates have all completed various fun and useful projects. Some of these projects include growing yeast colonies in hazardous environments such as sludge, fungicide etc. Robert has also poured electrophoresis gels and ran them. As a class, all the students have done ELISA testing, and kool-aid chromatography (This year 2022-23). As well as growing and observing C-elegans wild and mutant, he has also made an infographic about the human skeletal system.

Current Projects

Currently Robert is working on growing E-coli plates and testing the plate with four different substances/ liquids that include silver colloid, 70% ethanol, ampicillin, and a negative control. There's not much else he’s currently doing.

Personal

Robert is from the US, and lived in Tukwila his whole life, that's how he made it to advanced biomed. Outside of school, he enjoys exercise and lifting weights, he also enjoys playing video games and driving.he is currently working on obtaining his AA degree through Puget Sound Skills center in the aviation field.
