Hazelbrook 8th Graders and Families: Congratulations on a job well done! Because we don't get to celebrate your advancement to high school in person as a large group, this site contains video links and resources to our end of the year celebrations, including a goodbye from our teachers and both our academic and content awards presentations. In addition, details will be included about our 8th grade drive through celebration on June 11. Stay tuned for details and we can't wait to see you!

Procedures and Information for Parents (See image below for a visual representation)
We welcome bikers and walkers as well as cars, but we need to maintain social distancing at all times and keep families moving through our “stations.” Please remain in your car or on your bike. Approaching walkers/riders will be added to the line as folks arrive.
To prevent congestion, please enter Hazelbrook heading west down Hazelbrook Rd. from Jurgens Park. The driveway will not be accessible from the side nearest SW 115th Ave.
Please display a sign in your car window displaying student name so we can prepare materials for them as you proceed through our bus lane. Feel free to decorate your car for the celebratory occasion!
Students will return library books, iPads, charging cords and charging bricks as well as musical instruments during drive through. This will be the only opportunity to return these items.
All students will receive a t-shirt and academic and content award certificates following turn in stations (students earning these have been notified via email). Please know the student's t-shirt size ahead of time and display it on your car window student name sign to help with a smooth, quick handout.
Yearbook delivery is delayed due to publishing delays. Details about pickup and optional purchase will be sent home soon.
Optional math packets will be available for outgoing Algebra and Geometry students.
Upon exit, please turn right down Hazelbrook Rd., heading back towards Jurgens Park to exit.
so we created this video to say goodbye instead. Congratulations, 8th Graders!
Since we couldn't be together as a community to recognizes individuals for their contribution in our content areas and for our Hawk, Citizenship, Dedication and Excellence Awards voted on by our Hazelbrook staff, this video recognizes these students virtually instead. Certificates will be available for pickup at our June 11 drive through celebration. Congratulations!
Recognition for students earning a cumulative 3.5 or high GPA during their 3-year Hazelbrook career. Certificates will be available for pickup at our drive through celebration on June 11.
