Dear Parents
We hope you are keeping well. As we come to the end of our Year 12 Parent Info Sessions, we would like to invite you to attend our final session 'Ask us anything: parent Q&A' on Tuesday, 9 December 2025: You can join here from 8.30 am.
This final information session will be an open Q&A, allowing you to ask any remaining questions about your child’s post-Tanglin plan. To help us prepare and ensure we address the topics most relevant to you, please submit any questions in advance using this form. The form will close on Monday, 8 December at 11 am.
We also wanted to share that we held our first Future Planning Day with all Year 12 students on Thursday, November 27. Students spent the morning reflecting on their interests, values and motivations, exploring pathways, and beginning early research into their countries, courses and admissions processes.
Looking forward, our individual one-to-one meetings with students will begin in week 3 of Term 2. After these initial student meetings, we will be in touch regarding parent meetings, which will take place later in Term 2. Parents will be able to book a 20-minute online meeting during the school day.
For those who have attended the Info Sessions, thank you very much for your engagement throughout. For those unable to attend, all slides and recordings have been posted to our microsite.
Warm wishes

Dear Year 12 Parents
Meetings
We are in the midst of our first round of one-to-one university counselling meetings with Year 12 students. The focus of Y12 is uni research, exploration and prep, while Y13 shifts to finalising and submitting applications. Please review the Class of 2027 Internal Deadline Schedule to gain a better understanding of the upcoming timeline.
After we finish student meetings, parents can book an optional 20-minute online meeting in Week 7 or 8 to discuss any future pathway questions with your child’s university counsellor. Each counsellor will send an email to parents at the start of February with information on how to book a meeting for March.
Parent Coffee Morning
We will hold an online Parent Coffee Morning on Thursday, 12th February, from 9am to 10am. The aim is to share some updates after our 1-1 meetings, recap some upcoming deadlines, and enable you to submit any questions ahead of the session. The University Counselling Team will all be present to answer any questions you may have. You can access the coffee morning using this Teams Link and add it to your calendar via the attachment.
Please RSVP if you can make it and submit your questions via this email by Friday, 6th February.
Best regards
University Counselling Team
