Students in Illinois will take the following ACT assessments in the Spring of 2027

Juniors - ACT with Writing

Sophomores - PreACT Secure

Freshmen - PreACT 9 Secure

When you take the ACT an additional time there is a test fee of $68 (English, Math, Reading)
