The Torch Trinity Center for Biblical Research (TTCBR) opened in 2006 with the mission to contribute to the development of biblical studies by facilitating and distributing evangelical biblical research. The center was created with the following objectives

ㆍTo foster and conduct rigorous research in the study of Scripture, both the Old and New Testaments.

ㆍTo play a key role in building up evangelical interpretations of Scripture and in supporting world mission.

ㆍTo publish resources and materials in support of biblical scholars, pastors, and seminarians in research and ministry.

ㆍTo train the next generation of biblical researchers.In this endeavor,

TTCBR currently facilitates several projects, including conducting academic seminars and major conferences, publishing a biblical studies journal, and supporting a biblical languages institute and an English colloquium for biblical scholars in Korea.

횃불트리니티성서학연구센터(TTCBR)는 복음적 성경 연구를 용이하게 하고 확산시킴으로써 성경 연구 발전에 이바지 하고자 2006년에 문을 열었습니다. 본 센터는 다음과 같은 목적을 가지고 있습니다.

ㆍ신약과 구약의 성경연구에 있어서 철저한 연구를 수행하고 발전시키기 위해

ㆍ복음주의적 성경 해석을 세워가고 세계 선교에 이바지 하는데 중추적인 역할을 하기 위해

ㆍ성경 학자들, 목회자들과 신학생들의 사역과 연구에 도움이 될 수 있는 정보들과 자료들을 출판하기 위해

ㆍ성경 연구에 있어 다음 세대를 훈련시키기 위해

이런 노력으로 TTCBR은 최근 학술 세미나와 주요 학술 대회, 성경강좌 개설, 성경 원어 연구를 지원하고 한국의 성경학자들을 위한 영어 콜로키움을 지원하는 등의 몇 가지 프로젝트를 진행하고 있습니다
