Safety Contract (Signature) / Safety Contract (Reference)(signature is a completed homework grade) / Reference second page for Safety Quiz.  The first one can be printed and turned in (by hand).  You may also use our Kami account to input signatures.  Your third option is to use a tool like pdfFiller to fill information in and sign digitally.  Completed pdf's should be "turned in" or emailed to me.
