If you delete your User Submissions and User Exclusive Data from our Platform, copies of your User Submissions and User Exclusive Data may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by our Platform. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, as well as your access to the Platform, is subject to and governed by the laws of India as applied in India without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof. Any dispute regarding this Policy or our handling of your Personal Information and General Information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
