You will need to purchase a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses the semester you take our Photography course. Below you will find options from the top brands in the marketplace, you do not have to purchase these exact models. just make sure yours is comparable to the specs below.

There are many tripod options available. Please do not purchase a cheap tripod as it will disappoint you and possibly damage your equipment. Below are two solid options that you can find on Amazon.

Video sound is just as important as the video itself, maybe even more important. Would you watch a review with static, wind, or low volume? Do you think people would enjoy a vlog with a constant clicking noise that won't go away? No. Don't let that be you!

Sound playback is crucial when editing video. You will need to have a reliable source to reference when adjusting volume, pitch, etc. Headphones are a more practical option but there are also Monitor Speakers out there if you want something more!
