On behalf of Texas State Technical College and the Office of Career Services Statewide, we are excited to invite you and your company to participate in the Spring 2025 Industry Job Fairs! These events are an excellent opportunity to connect with our talented students and graduates and showcase your career opportunities.

Event Details:
We are hosting job fairs across our campuses, focusing on various industries and programs.

• Waco - Electrical Utility, Engineering & Manufacturing​ programs only
  Date: Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  Programs:  Electrical Power & Controls, Electrical Lineworker & Management Technology, Industrial Systems, Instrumentation Technology, Occupational Safety & Environmental Compliance, Precision Machining Technology, Robotics & Industrial Controls Technology​, Welding Technology

*Students from the North Texas and East Williamson County campuses will be bussed to this event

• Waco - Transportation & Aviation​ programs only
  Date: Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  Programs: Aircraft Airframe Technology, Aircraft Pilot Training Technology, Aircraft Powerplant Technology, Auto Collision & Management Technology, Automotive Technology, Avionics Technology​, Diesel Equipment Technology

*Students from the North Texas campus will be bussed to this event

• Waco - Construction​ & Maintenance, ​Computer & Information Technology, & Technical Services​ programs only
  Date: Thursday, March 6, 2025, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

• West Texas at Abilene (All ​West Texas programs)
  Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Fort Bend County (All​ Fort Bend County programs)
  Date: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Marshall (All ​Marshall programs)
  Date: Thursday, March 27, 2025, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Harlingen (All ​Harlingen programs)
  Date: Thursday, April 3, 2025, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Registration Details:
Registration is now open! Select from several participation options to fit your needs:

• General Admission: $300 per event. Includes a 6' or 8' booth/table with 2 chairs, refreshments, and lunch for two representatives.

• General Sponsorship: $650. Includes General Admission perks plus registration for up to five events and high-visibility booth location.

• Friends of TSTC Sponsorship: $1,500 or $5,000 tiers include expanded benefits such as high-visibility booth location, company logo on Sponsor Banner to be hung during the event, social media recognition on the TSTC Career Services Facebook page, and more.

• Provost’s Circle Sponsorship: $7,500 or $10,000 tiers include priority scheduling for spotlights and exclusive invitations.

• Chancellor’s Circle Sponsorship: $25,000 or $50,000 tiers include Industry Advisory Committee opportunities and Chancellor's Circle recognition.
