REGISTRATION 

Dear Employer Partner,

We are excited to share an important update regarding the registration process for the Spring 2026 TSTC Industry Job Fairs. This season, we are launching a new registration process through our Industry Connect platform to streamline event registration, invoicing, and communication. Registration for Spring 2026 events is now open!

How to Get Started in Industry Connect

All Spring 2026 Industry Job Fair registrations will be completed through Industry Connect using this link: https://tstc-csm.symplicity.com/employers/app/events/career-fairs/upcoming

• If you already have an Industry Connect account: Log in using your existing credentials to view and register for upcoming TSTC career fairs.

• If you do not yet have an Industry Connect account: Select the “Sign Up” link on the right side of the screen to create an account. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email indicating your account is pending approval. Once approved, you will be able to log in and register for events.

Registering for Job Fair Events (General Attendance - $300)

• Click on each event you plan to attend and submit a registration for each one.

• Event registrations will be reviewed and approved within two business days.

• Invoices will be emailed once your registration is approved.

Registering as a Sponsor (Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum Sponsorships)

If you are interested in registering as a sponsor, please follow these steps carefully:

1. First, register for “TSTC Sponsor Registration – Spring 2026 Industry Job Fairs” in Industry Connect.

   • This registration is for sponsorships only.

   • Your sponsorship invoice will be generated from this registration.

2. After completing your sponsorship registration, return to the event list and register individually for each job fair you plan to attend.

   • Be sure to select the sponsorship level you purchased for each event to avoid duplicate charges.

  Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  Programs:  Electrical Power & Controls, Electrical Lineworker & Management Technology, Industrial Systems, Instrumentation Technology, Occupational Safety & Environmental Compliance, Precision Machining Technology, Robotics & Industrial Controls Technology​, Welding Technology

• Waco - Transportation & Aviation​ programs only
  Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

  • Students from the Breckenridge, Brownwood, and Sweetwater will be bussed to this event.

• Harlingen (All ​Harlingen programs)
  Date: Thursday, April 2, 2026, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

• Fort Bend County (All​ Fort Bend County programs) - Houston Area
  Date: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

• Marshall (All ​Marshall programs)
  Date: Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

General Admission - $300 per event

Includes: 

• Offered each Fall and Spring semester

• One table with two chairs

• Refreshments and lunch for two representatives

• Booth placement assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

Includes:

• Offered each Fall and Spring semester

• Registration for up to three events for current semester

• One table with two chairs

• Refreshments and lunch for two representatives

• Improved booth visibility in a more prominent location at each event

Silver Sponsorship - $1,500 

Includes:

• Offered each Fall and Spring semester

• Registration for up to five events for current semester

• One table with two chairs

• Refreshments and lunch for two representatives

• Enhanced booth visibility near high-traffic areas at each event

Gold Sponsorship - $5,000

Includes:

• ONLY offered each Fall semester (Important Deadline: Sponsorship opportunities are only available each Fall semester and must be secured at least two weeks before the first event of the semester.)

• Registration for up to seven events for the Fall 2025 semester and up to seven events for the Spring 2026 semester

• One table with two chairs

• Refreshments and lunch for two representatives

• Priority booth placement at each event

• Company logo displayed on the event Sponsor Banner at all Job Fair events for the year

• Social media recognition on the TSTC Career Services Facebook page

Platinum Sponsorship - $7,500

Includes:

• ONLY offered each Fall semester (Important Deadline: Sponsorship opportunities are only available each Fall semester and must be secured at least two weeks before the first event of the semester.)

• Registration for all Fall 2025 and all Spring 2026 job fair events

• One table with two chairs

• Refreshments and lunch for two representatives

• Premier booth placement at each event

• Company logo displayed on the event Sponsor Banner at all Job Fair events for the entire year
