What is the International Dialogue Program?

TSiBA Business School and Northeasten University (USA) students get together to give free business consultation to small businesses in Cape Town. Students, who have been studying entrepreneurship from an academic perspective, will get first-hand experience on the daily realities and “bumps in the road” that entrepreneurship entails. They will use their business knowledge and tools to help entrepreneurs structure and grow their businesses. At the same time, entrepreneurs will share their experience and contribute to shape tomorrow's leaders.

The program is held at TSiBA campus in Pinelands for two weeks. As the programme is too short for the solutions to be implemented by the consulting teams, TSiBA students will track businesses progress until the end of the year. In the end, students and entrepreneurs will transfer knowledge to each other, paying it forward to their communities and become agents of social change.
