Marta's cuisine flavors are defined by her travels around the world, the style is straightforward and refreshing, variations from well balanced acidity to dishes with a much richer and creamy style, savory and sweet tastes, diving all the way to cured meats or fermented kombuchas. She works with both local ingredients and imported items, creating dishes that are designed to accompany wines.
