Report Cards
Lower School student report cards are issued four times during the year, after the end of each quarter. The end-of-quarter dates can be found on Trinity’s online public calendar. Parents can view their students’ report cards through the Veracross Parent Portal. Report cards may be withheld by the school office at the end of the year if there are any outstanding fees or tuition due to the school by the family.
Report card comments describe the work accomplished in most units or subject areas, indicate objectives that have been met, and note areas needing improvement or suggestions for further learning. If a student is struggling academically at any point during the marking period, his or her parents will be notified.
At parent conferences, the teacher may also present a portfolio of the student’s work to illustrate his or her progress. These portfolios will be sent home with the students periodically.
