VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are needed for the following roles.

Spike Out XXV

• Admission: Welcome attendees, handle payments for gate wristbands, and distribute wristbands.

• Door Monitor: Ensure that all attendees have the required wristbands for game entry.

• Blue Crew: Assist with crowd control and keep team benches clean.

• Concessions: Sell food and beverages to attendees and ensure inventory is restocked.

Homecoming Day:

• Admission: Welcome attendees, handle payments for gate wristbands, and distribute wristbands at Elizabeth Gate.

• Gate Monitor: Ensure that all attendees have the required wristbands for entry.

• Parking Garage N Attendant: Direct incoming traffic at the entrance, distribute parking passes, and guide fans to the bus pick-up location at the State of Texas Garage N.

• Traffic Controller: Direct vehicles, manage traffic flow, and ensure safety at the Elizabeth Gate.

• Concessions: Sell food and beverages to attendees and ensure inventory is restocked.

• Blue Crew: Assist with crowd control and keep team benches clean.

• Field Gate Security: Monitor field access points, check credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

Volunteer Incetives:

• 3 hours – Receive $10 off a single-day admission

• 6+ hours – Receive free single-day admission & a Saturday on-campus parking pass

Incentives are based on a single day (Friday or Saturday – hours cannot be combined). Not applicable to combo tickets.
