TSC Requires that all elementary grade levels receive a letter grade. Grading is as follows:
A: 100-90
B: 89-80
C: 79-70
D: 69-60
F: 59-0
How are grades determined?
During the school year students will earn a daily score instead of project grades. They have the opportunity to earn 10 points each Art class. I will be grading on 5 categories that are each worth 2 points.
Respect- good listening
Responsibility- make good choices
Perseverance- effort
Cooperation- follow directions
Integrity- do the right thing, even when no one is looking
When does my student see an Art grade on their report card?
A grade in Art will only appear on SEMESTER REPORT CARDS. Students will not see an Art grade on their report card in October or March. At the end of eighteen weeks is when Art grades are harvested.
