Grading Policy: Students will be graded based on the Tippecanoe School Corporation grading Scale.
90%-100%= A
80%-89%= B
70%-79%=C
60%-69%=D
59% and below=F
Behavior Policy:
Individual Plan: I will be emailing parents with any communications that need to be discussed for individual students. Students will receive positive rewards throughout the year for good behavior. Students will receive Owl Honors for rewards. Those will go into a schoolwide drawing each week. There will also be a high- five behavior reward cart that comes around throughout the school year. If a child is drawn, they get to receive a reward from the cart. If a student's unkind behavior is severe, he/she will immediately go to the office to talk with Mr. Sweet or Mr. Berkesch.
Class Plan: The class can earn cookies that I put in a jar(they are paper). When the class has earned 20 cookies, we have a celebration day where we have a special treat and do something special. The class receives a cookie when everyone is following procedures or classroom rules, or when another adult in the building gives us a compliment on our behavior.
