English 9 General

In English 9 General, the students will be covering a variety of items over the course of the year. Whether or not my students have me again 2nd semester, the units covered in all English 9 General classes are the same. First semester includes units on short stories, Romeo & Juliet, Homer's Odyssey, vocabulary, grammar, and writing. Second semester includes units on poetry, Animal Farm, To Kill A Mockingbird, vocabulary, grammar, nonfiction, and writing. Please note that depending on how the semester progresses, teachers can and have incorporated additional units if there is time.
