Meet Mr. Sieber

Welcome to Music at Mintonye and Woodland Elementary. My name is Donald Sieber and I have the awesome opportunity to be the K-5 music teacher this year. I'm originally from Lawrenceville, IL, but I live in Lafayette with my husband, Evan and our three cats. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in December, 2012 and started teaching shortly after. I have taught grades 3rd-12th in general music and band. Before coming to Mintonye and Woodland, I was the music and band director at Frontier School Corporation in Brookston and Chalmers, IN. I spent 5 great years there, and how I found joy in working with elementary kids! I hope that we will have a great year in music and Mintonye and Woodland Elementaries.
