Welcome to a new school year! Third Grade will be a year of great educational growth! During this year, you can expect to see your child become a more independent worker and develop stronger academic skills. As parents, you are an essential part of the educational process. A Little About Me!

The 2023-2024 school year marks my 32nd year of teaching. There is always something new and exciting to look forward to each day! I graduated from McCutcheon High School, my bachelor's degree is from Purdue University, and my master's degree is from Indiana Wesleyan University. My husband and I have three children. Our oldest, Taylor, graduated from Purdue in 2016. He and our daughter-in-law, Amy, were married in June, 2019. We have a granddaughter named Claire! Our daughter, Kayleigh, graduated from Purdue in 2021 and she is an insurance agent in Lafayette. Our youngest daughter, Laina, is a sophomore at Purdue, majoring in Animal Science. In my spare time, I love to spend time with family and friends, read, do home improvement projects, crafts, landscaping projects, and work on my cooking blog. I am looking forward to working with all of my students and families!
