Welcome to my classroom page!  I have 23 years of teaching experience both in and outside the classroom.  I started my teaching career at Cole Elementary in 2002 as a student teacher.  Over the last 20+ years, I have taught piano and voice lessons, elementary through high school music classes, including three years as a show choir director at Lafayette Jefferson High School.  I also serve as the Music Director at First Church in West Lafayette.  

I have three children and two step children ranging from ages 12 through 20.  My partner Dustin and I also have two dogs named Butters and Dunkin.  We enjoy trips to Lake Michigan and my favorite spot is sitting on my front porch listening to the water trickle down my fountain.  In my spare time I enjoy playing the piano, singing, embroidery, and playing Euchre.
