This is my fourth year at Hershey Elementary, but my thirteenth year teaching in all! I grew up in Crawfordsville, Indiana. I went to Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee. After graduating, I moved to Greensboro, North Carolina and taught third grade. We moved back home to Indiana in 2019. I taught fourth grade at Klondike Elementary in the Tippecanoe School Cooperation before transferring to Hershey. It is a dream for me to teach at Hershey since HES serves the community in which I live. 

My husband and I will be married for 14 years this year. We have two adorable children. My daughter, Emory, is 10 years old. She is silly, thoughtful, and enthusiastic! Emory will be in fifth grade this year. My son, Odin, is 8 years old. He is sweet, curious, and adventurous! Odin is excited about second grade. 

I am extremely passionate about teaching. It is so fulfilling to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I understand that every single child in my classroom is someone's whole world. Thank you for trusting me to teach and care for your kiddos! I have the best job.
