Trussville City Schools uses Schoology as our Learning Management System. You can create your lesson plans, disseminate student assignments, receive student assignment submissions, and provide resources using Schoology. Please see below for video and print directions for setting up and using Schoology.

You can set up your Schoology gradebook to automatically pass any grades directly to your PowerSchool gradebook. Link to Written Directions
All Schoology courses are archived at the end of each school year. You can still access the materials and folders you created for your archived courses so that you can reuse them with your new classes.
Need to collaborate or co-teach a course in Schoology? You can add a co-teacher to any course where you are the admin.
You can now choose between 2 custom student themes for your students' view of Schoology - Elementary or Secondary! The default theme is secondary. The elementary view is more child-friendly and image driven. Link to Written Directions

Schoology allows you to save individual documents or your entire course to your resources, so that you can use them from year to year. Schoology allows you to provide parents access to coursework materials, without letting them see other students in the course! Follow these directions to safely and confidentially share your Schoology course with your parents.
You are not able to edit the course or section name of your courses in Schoology. You can change the course profile pic to include a teacher's name, period number, or custom course name or picture. Doing this can make locating the needed course easier for YOU and your students.
