CONGRATS THS GEOGRAPHERS!
Trumbull High School won THIRD place at the CT High School Geography Challenge 2026!
Our winning team consisted of: Hudson Zentz, Logan Luedtke, Neel Jakka, Sebastian Ramirez, and Mat Lesiak.
The team competed in four rounds of competition: orienteering, problem-solving, map reading and a quiz bowl on this year's theme: movement. This year, our winning team earned a perfect score on the problem-solving round and finished the task in 7 minutes...a challenge record!!
A shoutout to our second competing team: Parker Zentz, Michael Massaria, Chris Hirscu, Jaineel Ghandi and Prat Sahoo. They also walked away with a perfect score in the problem-solving round and scored within the Top Ten teams.
Also, a special thanks to Mr. Guertin who supports us each year at this event. The teams couldn’t do it without your help!
MOCK TRIAL IS BACK!
Mr. August and the Mock Trial Team had a unique opportunity to present their case at the New Haven Superior Court!
