Our History
Founded in 2023 by Truman students, The Truman Nutrition Coalition is a student-led organization dedicated to serving the Truman community by educating students about the importance of good nutrition and providing them with strategies to make informed dietary decisions.
Our mission
Our mission is to prevent negative health outcomes associated with poor nutrition among Truman State students. We recognize the importance of culturally relevant resources and strive to provide them to everyone, including underrepresented populations such as international students and those of lower socioeconomic status.
Our current initiatives
"Eat well to live well" Nutritional Workshop will be hosted this October 2023. For more information, visit the events and resources page.
