Who I am: I'm True - a mental health therapist, parent coach, and consultant. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and a master's degree in Social Work.
What I do: I specialize in working with neurodivergent brains of any age, and children, teens, and their supportive adults within their family and community system.
My why: I have a passion for building skills in humans, especially in kids and neurodivergent humans through education, the therapeutic process, and by partnering with parents, when applicable.
Most common focuses: Big emotions/behaviors, skill-building, acceptance of changes, individual identity or expression, life purpose, religious exploration or healing, self-esteem and empowerment, family conflict, divorce and separation, school/work-related issues, and more.
