The Slightly Longer Version

The crew leaders (of the now DQR) became an elite roofing crew (metal and otherwise) for other roofers and contractors (as they still are today - that is our Wholesale Division). However, they realized that they were missing out on opportunities to expand their business by means of a Retail Division. So they finally decided to get their own state license, incorporate and go under the name of Diamond Quality Roofing Inc. After that, they called Hogue Corp, an existing roof consulting company (Incorporated since 2018), and asked if we could join forces. We had worked together for over a year at another roof company where they had installed high end metal roofs, and where Hogue Corp (Sam) consulted. The rest is history as they say and that began the slow organic growth of what is now Diamond Quality Roofing!

After creating the small "retail" start up, we finally grew into a decent sized little retail roofing team. 

We now brag of our concentric group of roofs in the Lantana area - boasting some 65 completed roofs in just over 1 SQUARE MILE! WHAT? Yes. This was a ONE roof at a time growth, the good ole' fashioned way. We did not sell the entire community. This was hard work, blood, sweat, and tears to grow this to what it is today. We of course did have our growing pains as no doubt all others have. However, we can certainly boast the Town of Lantana as being one of our best references (town council members can testify), not to mention some of it's many residents. We also have completed roof projects everywhere else indeed. So while we work on our online presence etc. (& ratings), we do have some 65+ roofs that can be viewed in the Lantana area (in about a mile), many of them high end metal roofs no less. Just ask if you'd like to see some.

NEW BEGINNINGS IN DECEMBER 2024!!

The Diamond Quality Roof Team and Hogue Corp DBA Diamond Quality Roofing HAD A BABY! We formed the new "Diamond Quality Contracting Co", as we realized we were leaving lots of other work on the table!! When old roofs leak, there is water damage to the interior. And as we have skilled labor on various fronts, it only made sense to form the new Diamond Quality Contracting Co!! Sam is currently working on his GC license as we speak, along with his roofing license (just for kicks and giggles) ;-)

• Roof inspections are an integral part of our business. Paul (Sam) Hogue has successfully completed/attended 4 certification courses, 2 of which are considered advanced by the state of Florida, and one of which is only taught by one instructor in the United States (retook this in 2025). Sam has had forensic training, and is also adept at assisting with the complexities of insurance guidelines and regulations regarding roof damage. Ethic's however, will guide every part of what is or what is not recommended when it comes to homeowners insurance, and insurance claims, etc.
