In order to volunteer during a PTO event, you must have a background check completed for the current school year. Background checks must be completed every school year. Follow the link below to complete the background check for Three Rivers Community Schools.
Event Volunteer Types:
Snack Servers: Serve snacks to students
Drink Servers: Serve drinks to students
Extra Eyes: Supervision of activities.
Participation in activities while supervising is encouraged if you would like
Paparazzi: Monitor activities and take photos of the event to forward to PTO
Event Station: Bring your actvity to an event (Running a theme room at Family Fun Night, Providing an activity at the Homecoming Tailgate)
Set Up Crew: Help with event set up
Clean Up Crew: Help with event clean up
Not the event volunteer type? We can still use your help.
Are you a Canva Guru? We need flyers and announcements made up throughout the school year.
Are you creative and handy? Our Family Fun Night Games could use some TLC and a few could use a face lift.
Do you love to organize? Our shed is full of all kinds of PTO related items we could use some help sorting through.
Do you have a truck and trailer we could use for the Homecoming parade? We could walk, but it would be pretty cool to decorate a float at the Tailgate.
Do you have time during the day to help out in your students class? Your students win class prizes throughout the year. We could use some extra hands to help with sledding parties, breakfast parties, and more.
