I have been a part of the Andrews family for 7 years. I started my teaching career here in February 2018 as a long-term Kindergarten substitute. After this, I taught Kindergarten here for 4 years. I am going on my third year teaching 2nd grade and I am so excited to watch your child grow this year! 

My family consists of my husband of 3 years Joel, and my fur babies Leo, Luna, and Luke. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends outside of school. I have two nephews that I love to spoil! My hobbies include reading, kayaking in the summer, sitting by a bonfire with friends & family, and playing cornhole.

I am a twin. We are the oldest. I also have a younger brother and sister who are 11 months apart. 

I love Starburst, Dr. Pepper, and Mt Dew. 

I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in Kindergarten. 

I have been a part of the Andrews family for 9 years in different positions-subbing in most grades while I completed my degree. This will be my fourth year teaching 2nd grade, and I am always excited to meet new students and watch their growth over the year.  

My family consists of my husband of 17 years Tyler, four children: JT 14, Tyce 13, Kynlee 10, Reese 5, and 4 dogs: Callie, Lullie, Noodle, and Willie. Our kids are very active in multiple sports, so we spend most of our time supporting them at games and practices.

FUN FACTS: 

I get to teach 2nd grade in the same classroom when I was in 2nd grade! 

I am the middle child. I have a sister 6 years older than me and a sister 7 years younger than me.

I was a vet tech for 10 years and started college out of high school planning to be a veterinarian.

I don't like anything coffee flavored or scented! 

I am a big Harry Potter fan. 🪄

I have asthma and developed a ridiculous allergy to cats as an adult. 🥴

I am terrified of snakes and spiders. 🐍 🕷️
