Many people ask me how it happened, getting involved in this sport. Truth is, I really have no idea!  You can call it a miracle, a chance, or a blessing, but this sport has opened doors for me I never thought possible. I've always been an athlete by nature but made the greatest choice of my life by becoming a cheerleader. 

After five years of collegiate cheerleading, I decided to turn my focus in a new direction in this sport. I've always had a passion for helping people, and quickly realized I could use this wonderful sport as a platform to assist and lead people.  After three years of competing at the University of Tennessee, winning 2 UCA National Championships, leading several memorable pep rallies', and coaching 100+ athletes in private lessons. I wanted to use my knowledge and abilities in a different way to give back to the sport that gave so much to me.

Thus, Tri-Star Stunting was born. In my experiences I've seen a need in the state of Tennessee's cheer community for more fun and skill packed camps for young athletes. There is no reason to only attend a cheer camp once a year or travel out of state for large stunt clinics where reps can be limited. There is no reason to send your athletes to big college camps with little to no preparation where they won't get noticed. Our mission at Tri-Star Stunting is to fully prepare athletes for college clinics, recruiting, and tryouts. Tri-Star Stunting is about bringing the perfect camp straight to your school, gym, or area of Tennessee. 

Whether it's preparing athletes for the ever-changing college recruiting process with our college prep clinics, sharpening skills at our stunt clinics, choreographing a routine to use on the sideline or at competition, bringing a unique camp to your gym, or private lessons, we have it all. Tri-Star Stunting is the next level of cheerleading for the state of Tennessee.
