We strive to streamline and take the headache out of property management for our team as well as our tenants. We utilize software such as ShowMojo and TurboTenant to reach our goal. 

Triangle Real Estate Management currently owns and operates 14 rental units in the Triangle area of North Carolina. This region gets its name from the three cities that three universities are located. Those are Duke in Durham, UNC in Chapel Hill, and NC State in Raleigh. This area is known as a hub for technology and medical research. 

The founder of T.R.E.M. started his real estate career in residential sales but was never satisfied with exploring just one avenue. As well as property management, he also deals with construction and renovation of homes.
