Jordan was born and raised in Costa Rica, where his entrepreneurial drive showed up early. By middle school he was already selling anything he could get his hands on — even oranges between classes, until the principal finally shut his “business” down. That spark for sales, hard work, and opportunity never left.

In 2020, Jordan moved to Texas where he was mentored by some incredible salesmen who taught him the ropes of communication, discipline, and customer service. Those mentors became lifelong friends and helped shape the salesman — and the leader — he is today.

In February 2024, Jordan and his wife Rachel moved to Tennessee. After seeing the huge demand for quality pole barns and honest builders, they decided to build something of their own. With his sales background and passion for people, Jordan helped launch Triple Y Construction, a company built on transparency, craftsmanship, and genuine care for every customer.

Today, Jordan oversees sales, customer experience, and brand direction — bringing the same hustle he had selling oranges in Costa Rica, but with a whole lot more lumber involved.
