Our base pump-out rate starts at $350. Site conditions, tank conditions, distance (40+ miles will incur travel charges), and after-hours or holiday emergency calls can all affect your total cost for a pump-out. Look below for more information!

Pricing for maintenance or service on your system will reflect the cost of parts and time required. Quotes will be provided prior to work performed.

Truck Access - can we back directly up to your tank (like the photo) or will we need to pull hoses off the truck?
Tank Access - is the tank accessible or will it have to be dug up? If so, can it be done with a shovel or will it require an excavator?
Condition of tank - tanks full of wipes (yes, even the "flushable" ones because they aren't as biodegradable as they make you believe) and other man-made items require more man-hours. Dumping stations won't accept these items, requiring us to separate and remove whilst dumping.
After-hours and Holiday calls - we are available for your emergency needs! While we typically run 7 days a week, night and holiday calls may incur extra charges.
Distance - we serve Rapides & all surrounding parishes but do charge for distances 40+ miles (fuel!).
