Welcome to my website! My name is Mrs. Rice and I teach fourth grade at Trinity Lutheran School in Marysville. This site is geared towards my students and their parents and allows them to see what is going on in class and to share important information with them.
About me
I am a graduate of Ohio University where I majored in elementary education and minored in music. I received my master's degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis on talent development (aka gifted education) from Ashland University.
This is my 17th year at Trinity Lutheran School. Prior to that, I taught in Bellefontaine City Schools for three years and was a stay-at-home mom for eight years.
I am married to my wonderful husband Josh who works for IBM. I have two kids - Thomas (24) and Shannon (20). We also have a dog named Luna and a guinea pig named Sunny.
