In order to register for Trinity's summer program, complete the following steps:
Complete a Summer Packet.
Pay Your Summer Activity Fee.
Complete the Allergy Forms/Action Plans as necessary.

Breakfast and Lunch are provided by Trinity Lutheran School this summer. If your child needs a dietary accomodation, the form below must be filled out and signed by a doctor.
