In order to register for Trinity's summer program, complete the following steps:
Take a tour of our facility.
Complete the Summer Packet.
Provide a copy of your child's birth certificate.
Complete the Allergy Forms/Action Plans as necessary.
Email rottinghausm@trinitycr.org with questions.
Breakfast and Lunch are provided by Trinity Lutheran School this summer. If your child needs a dietary accomodation, the form below must be filled out and signed by a doctor.
