Fun Fact: I am the proud mother of a 5-year-old son, and I was adopted when I was 6 years old! My favorite thing to do in my free time is to spend time with my family.

Fun Fact: I love photography and antique/thrift stores! 

Favorite thing about Trinity: The family atmosphere and being at peace when I come to work. It’s truly my second home! I love my relationships with staff and families!

Name: Abigail (Abby) Johnson

Education: Current University of Iowa nursing student

Fun Fact: I love to travel and have been to 7 different countries! 

Favorite thing about Trinity: How welcoming and supportive the community is to not only the students but the staff as well, Trinity has become my family. 

Name: Bill Wilson

Position: Morning Extended Care Staff

Education: Cedar Rapids Jefferson

Early Childhood Experience: I have been doing the before school care since my kids were at Trinity 13 years ago.

Fun Fact: I officiate football, basketball, and track.  I also compete in Track and Field, doing throws and sprints.  I am planning to compete in the USATF Masters Nationals Indoor meet this March in Chicago.

Favorite thing about Trinity:  Getting to help the kids whenever possible.  If I am not working Mrs. D. will let me sit in with the Pep Band, and Mrs. Brandt will let me help her gym class in the spring get ready for the Track meet.

Favorite thing about trinity: The love and support I have gotten from the staff and the families, and them being able to watch me grow while I get to watch their kids grow!

Early Childhood Experience: This is my first year at Trinity, but I have four younger sisters and was a summer nanny for two years.

Fun Fact: I love doing crafts, and I love my pets more than anything!

Favorite thing about Trinity: All of the cute kids that I get to play with when I work!

Position: Extended Care Substitute Teacher

Education: B.S. in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading and Special Education I

Early Childhood Experience: About 8 years total

Fun Fact: I started my teaching experience when I was 15 helping teach music classes to elementary students!

Favorite thing about Trinity: Christ focused education and values. The school community really comes together as a family.
