Save the date for the QEP Pitch Forum on January 30, 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM in Chapman Auditorium and online shortly after.
Five proposals were submitted to the QEP Topic Selection Committee for consideration:

Career Everywhere: Embedding Career Readiness Across the Student Experience
Finishing Stronger: Taking Care of the Middle Ground
Pathways to Purpose: Cultivating Vocation at Trinity
Work that Works: Creating Equitable and Developmental Student Employment (LINK)
The QEP Topic Selection Committee will review these proposals and provide feedback to the authors by November 17th, 2025.
The QEP Topic Selection Committee will evaluate these first-round QEP proposals using a rubric and provide feedback.
Proposers will have an opportunity to make edits and submit second round proposals.
These Round 2 proposals will be evaluated by the QEP Topic Selection Committee using the same rubric and presented to the Trinity community at a QEP Topic Pitch Forum, where the community will have an opportunity to vote on their favorite topics.
Based on a combination of rubric scores and community feedback, the QEP Topic Selection Committee will recommend 3 topics to executive leadership.
Executive leadership will choose the final topic and share it with the Board of Trustees.
