Rough Draft of Blueprint : A rough blueprint of the house and yard dimensions that shows that you are on track. Include the rooms you will have in the house and all required facilities. No addons required in the rough draft.
Blueprint: Create a blueprint of your tiny house and yard on graph paper. Use a scale of 1 square on the graph paper = 1 square foot of actual space. Label the different areas of your house and yard (bedroom, living room, patio, etc.).
Budget Proposal : A calculation of the total budget needed for the materials of the tiny house. Using square footage calculations, you will calculate the cost for all required materials needed to build your house. In addition, you will include the prices of at least twelve add-on items. At the end you will add up all the material costs to propose a total budget.
