Empatico is a free, online-tool that allows you to explore concepts related to empathy and compassion that support the social and emotional learning of your students. The platform gives teachers of students ages 6-11 everything needed to build meaningful connections through video exchanges with other classrooms around the world: a partner classroom, activity plans, and built-in video, messaging, and scheduling tools. There is even a participation option for remote classrooms.
Trinity x Empatico is grant-funded by the KIND foundation to share Empatico's SEL skills and activities with San Antonio K-5 teachers. We offer in-person and online training courses to educators to share how to begin using Empatico in your classroom.
