The last thing any of your teachers want is for you to feel stressed and anxious about your exams. On this page there are lots of suggestions about what you can do to give your well-being a boost if you are feeling a little overwhelmed.
The first step - before you do any of these well-being activities - is to talk to someone; your parent, your teacher, your friend. Just make sure you share how you feel. You should definitely not feel alone with any stress or anxiety. Exams are not the be all and end all, and every one finds them stressful. All any of us want is for you to do your best - whatever that looks like. Your teachers - and your family and friends - are all here to support you.
