Understanding Project Permissions
Permissions for project level functions are defined by the user’s role in the project. There are two roles supported: Project User and Project Administrator.
By default the creator of a project is assigned as a Project Administrator. Once there are other Project Administrators in the project, the creator’s role can be changed to a Project User and any admin controls will no longer be available.

- There must be at least 1 other Project Administrator in a project before the current Admin can leave
- If a Project Administrators has enabled this setting for project users
