A local Central Alberta resident since 1976, Pat brought his professional sales and marketing experience to real estate in 2000. He joined forces with local mega agent Jim Jardine to form the Jim and Pat Real Estate Team in 2001. The Jim and Pat Team dominated local markets for the next 9 years leading almost all sales categories with the Central Alberta Board of Realtors. In 2009 Jim and Pat left the friendly confines of their brokerage to open their very own company. Trilliant Real Estate Group Ltd. was born on May 23, 2009, and has been leading the pack ever since. Pat is married (Deb) and has two grown boys (Kade and Sloan). He is also very involved in the local sports scene volunteering 100’s of hours a year as a voluntary coach in hockey and baseball.  In 2019 Pat’s volunteer efforts were recognized when he was awarded the Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Volunteer Service. 

Jim has been a resident of Sylvan Lake since 1976 and has been in the Real Estate Business since 1978. He owned and operated a very successful real estate brokerage for 18 years. After selling to RE/MAX in 1994 (where he earned the Chairman’s Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award), Jim acted as an associate broker in the Sylvan Lake office until he chose to start a new adventure. May 23, 2009, Jim and his partner Pat Garrity opened the door of Trilliant Real Estate Group and they have dominated the market ever since. Jim specializes in the recreational lakefront market. He has extensive knowledge of hundreds of sales over the years and his experience is invaluable. He has personally been involved with numerous residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions. His involvements include being Chairman of the Board at Red Deer College, Chairman of the Red Deer and District Business Development Center, member of the Red Deer Hospital Board for 9 years, Town Councillor for 3 years, Charter President of the Kinsmen Club, President of the Conservative Constituency Association, and Justice of the Peace for the last 35 years. Awards include Citizen of the Year, Kinsmen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year for Alberta Corrections. 

Darcy epitomizes loyalty, integrity, energy, hard work and honest service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Darcy grew up in the Sylvan Lake area and then attended Mount Royal College where he met his future wife Kimberly. Darcy received an academic Presidential Scholarship to Texas Tech University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing. After relocating home to Sylvan Lake, where a meeting with long-time friend Pat Garritty kick-started his real estate career. Nearly a thousand real estate transactions and 17 years later he continues to provide solid, ethical and knowledgeable advice to buyers and sellers all around Central Alberta. Darcy is a family man with a deep passion for sports and volunteering. Darcy has been trained and inspired by some of the leading minds in North American real estate from Richard Robbins to Craig Proctor and continually learns to innovate new and effective ways to help his clients with their real estate decisions. Darcie has been a licensed Realtor since January 2009. She started her career in Fort McMurray, Alberta, where she was born and raised. Darcie was very active in the Fort McMurray market until 2014 when the family decided to pick up and move to Central Alberta. Since that time Darcie has specialized in the Rocky Mountain House and Sylvan Lake markets. She learned, at a very young age while working in the family business, the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business. Darcie obtained her Associate Broker license in 2014 as a means to further her education with the goal of servicing her clients better. She has two boys Austin and Jordin. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors with snowmobiling, quadding, skiing, and snowboarding. She is also very involved giving back to the community by volunteering with local sports teams - currently as Manager of the Red Deer U18AAA Female Hockey Team.
