Benefits of the Program (Program requirements must be met):

· Students work at UPS in Worldport in Louisville, KY

· Enroll and attend Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) in Louisville, KY

· Receive 100% tuition and up to $65 per course in book reimbursement

· Receive a monthly Housing Stipend of $325 for a maximum of 36 months

· Semester and graduation bonuses for certain eligible shifts

In order to be considered for the program, students must:

· Be 18 years old to participate

· Cumulative 2.5 High School GPA or higher

· Acceptable HS attendance (90% or above)

· Recommendation from high school counselor

· Acknowledgement from parent or guardian

Racer Detachment Murray State University The Army ROTC program provides more college scholarships than any other program in America, with merit-based benefits going to about 15K students each year. The total amount of scholarship benefits paid this year currently stands at over $370M.
