A new mentoring program is coming to Treynor Schools in the spring of 2021. Current 4th graders and 7th graders can apply now for a mentor. Contact me, Mrs. Currin at ccurrin@treynorcardinals.org for more information.
Are you interested in having a caring adult mentor meet with you up to one hour every week? Adult mentors are volunteers from the community who have dedicated themselves to making a difference in the life of a young person. Mentors are forever friends!
The organization 'Teammates' was founded by Tom and Nancy Osborne in 1991 in an effort to provide support and encouragement to school aged youth. The goal of the program is to see youth graduate from high school and pursue post-secondary education. To reach this goal, youth meet up to one hour per week with a caring adult who serves as a mentor.
