The Summer Schedule is attached below. This includes sections for 9-12 Boys, 9-12 Girls, and 7/8th Grade Co-ed. At the bottom of this page you will also find an incentive program for the upcoming summer. More details coming soon!
A couple of *optional* recommendations for summer:
Bring cleats on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will help with traction on the turf and grass surfaces.
For 9-12 students, purchasing a pair of weightlifting straps would be quite helpful on days we are completing "pull" exercises. Again, not required, but you will be able to strengthen your back to a greater extent if you can minimize grip limitations.
