Hi THS! I'm Taylor Ormsby and I love being a counselor at my alma mater, Trenton High School. I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZ!) to attain a degree in Psychology and Missouri State University to complete a Masters in School Counseling. I love getting to know my students and supporting them in any way I can academically, socially, and emotionally. I love seeing students grow and change as they go throughout high school and cheering them on at Graduation! When I am not at school, I love to spend time with my family, read, and play golf. 

Hello Trenton Middle School! I am a proud to be your 5th through 8th grade School Counselor at TMS. I am a THS alumni and have worked in the Trenton R-9 School District for 16 years. Previous to coming home and working at Trenton R-9 as a School Counselor I worked as a 5th and 6th grade teacher in two other school districts. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Western State University and then went on to earn my Masters in Educational and Counseling Psychology from University of Missouri- Columbia. GO TIGERS! One of my passions is seeing students reach their full potential and become successful adults, through our work at TMS we are working toward that goal. Outside of school I spend time with my family through sports and on our family farm outside of Trenton. 

My name is Bethany Streiff and I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and I am the daughter of a school counselor and a vocational rehabilitation counselor. You could say counseling is in my blood! 

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in School Guidance and Counseling (K-12). I am currently working on a Ed. Specialist in Educational Diagnostics. I was a high school counselor outside of Branson, Mo for 8 years. In 2020, I married my husband and he brought me to Northwest Missouri. This year makes my 5th year as an elementary counselor and I love every minute of it! I am looking forward to the upcoming school year! It is awesome being a Trenton Bulldog!
